Hi, my name is Siri.

I’m a junior System Administrator currently working in Oslo, where I handle tasks like setting up and maintaining computer hardware, managing user accounts, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for our team. I also work on keeping systems secure with tools like antivirus programs, encryption, and remote access solutions.

I’ve been learning and using a variety of tools, including Windows Server 2016, Microsoft Intune Admin Center, Microsoft 365, and Azure Entra Admin Center. I also have experience with security tools like Yubico Authenticator, Microsoft Defender, OpenVPN, and I have dabbled in Burp Suite Community Edition. Besides IT management, I use collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack, which help me work efficiently with others.

Before starting in IT, I spent several years in the hospitality industry and earned my Hairdressing Journeyman Certificate, which gave me strong customer service skills and attention to detail. These skills have carried over into my IT career, helping me troubleshoot issues and work with people to build trust.

On the educational side, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Security from the University of South Wales, as well as a diploma in Network and System Administration from Noroff in Oslo.
