Sometimes you need to send a customer their ticket. This document helps you find a version of the ticket you can send out that everyone has access to.
The ticket seen from the Admin view:

How to change to User View:
- Change the url in the Portal to the ticket number found in the picture number 2 and click Enter to load the new url.
