This document explains how to add access to a jiraboard and give that person a subscription to use the service.

How to:

1. Add them in the Jiraboard. Make sure they have the ‘Service Desk Team’ role.
   
   
   

2. Click the 9 dots in a square to the top left and choose the option Administration.
   
   
   

3. Make sure they have the right subscription, ‘User (agent)’.
   
   

And you are done. 😄
