Changed your mind and don’t want your work stuff on your phone anymore? This guide is for you! It shows you how to remove the Company Portal and the company data that comes with it.

The Company Data on Your Phone
Company apps and data are kept in a separate section on your Android phone. Once you follow the steps below, this section and everything in it will be removed.

How to remove company apps from your phone (Android)

1. Find the Company Portal app on your phone and tap it to open it.
2. Open the settings menu Your device is shown on the first screen. Tap the three lines (the menu icon) to find the settings.
3. Choose “Remove Company Portal” In the menu, tap the option named Remove Company Portal.
4. Confirm A message asks you to confirm. Tap OK.
5. Wait for the data to be removed The app now removes all the company data from your phone. This can take a little while, so wait until it is finished and don’t close the app in the meantime.
